Lay Learning Teams
Each participant will invite four to six lay leaders from the congregation to join a Lay Learning Team. Pastors will meet monthly with the team to share learning, set goals for implementing their personal visions of ministry, and work in developing an annual congregation leadership retreat. Once a year Lay Learning Teams will travel together to a Partner Learning Site, a healthy mentoring church where relevant learning can take place.
