Discovery Week
Participating ELCA pastors will gather for a week each year to learn skills, build relationships, and engage in biblical reflection around the theme for that year. Top-notch speakers and practitioners, who also are willing to listen and learn themselves, will facilitate our discoveries! Here are our themes for this three year continuous learning journey:
1st Year—Pastor as Leader
2nd Year—Congregation within their Community Context
3rd Year—Missional Nature of the Church Engaged with the World.
