The Transforming Leadership Initiative is looking for financial partners willing to help support the pastors who participate in this program. In addition to tuition, TLI is raising 50% of our operating expenses through grants and donations in order to make this accessible. These will cover the tremendous amount of time and technology being invested in a cutting edge leadership program like this. No one is providing this kind of advance leadership training anywhere in the ELCA.
