The Transforming Leaders Initiative is an expression of TransformingChurch.org, a 501C-3 that equips ELCA pastors for catalytic leadership and fosters renewal in God’s church and world. Taking place over three years, the Transforming Leaders Initiative focuses on pastors yet involves other people through a variety of delivery systems for learning and accountability. We enter a region with this continuous learning journey when we meet certain benchmarks.
